I'm here to guide you through these moments of deep insight whether arising through meditation, life transitions, therapeutic work, or meaningful personal experiences. These can open powerful inner awareness. Yet insight alone does not always create lasting change. True transformation happens when those realizations are gently integrated into daily life.

My mindfulness and integration coaching supports you in bridging that space between awareness and embodiment. Grounded in shamanic practices, transpersonal and humanistic depth psychology, Buddhist contemplative practice, and trauma-informed integration trainings that I have gone through, I offer a supportive space where your experiences can be explored with care, curiosity, and practical application. Together, we translate meaningful moments into grounded shifts in how you live, relate, and move through the world.

Trauma-Informed Integration Support

For individuals who have participated in deep inner work including therapeutic, spiritual, or plant-medicine-related experiences, integration is a vital step. My role here (unless working with a licensed therapist as your guide) is not to guide or facilitate ceremonial experiences, but to help you process, contextualize, and integrate insights safely and ethically into your everyday life.

Integration coaching may include:
